Tyler Farmer is a touring, live, session bassist, and music director who has had the privilege of performing with a wide range of artist across genres. His versatility and dedication to the craft have earned him opportunities in both live performances and studio sessions.

Tyler has had the honor of performing, and collaborating with renowned artist such as Tye Tribbett, Karen Clark Sheard, Jonathan Nelson, Jekalyn Carr, Travis Greene, Todd Dulaney, Dorinda Clark-Cole, VaShawn Mitchell and many more. His range of experience reflects his versatility across gospel, contemporary, and live sessions.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Tyler Farmer began his musical journey on drums before finding his passion for bass guitar at six years old. From early local performances to woking with acclaimed artist in gospel and contemporary music, Tyler has brought his rhythmic foundation and versatility to countless lives situations, studio sessions, and performances. With every opportunity, he brings a soulful commitment to each stage he’s apart of.
